Most of our wedding ceremonies take place in our garden which is used year round. During the rainy months we put up coverage so the couple and guests can be sure to stay dry. Our garden is maintained year round.
If you prefer a private ceremony with no witnesses, no guests, and inside we have a back room that can be used for such a purpose.

Monday through Friday 10am to 5:30pm and Saturday’s 10:00am - 1:30pm
If you would like us to marry you at your location we can come to you. We have two times available on Saturday afternoon. Call us for specific times and to confirm locations.

$250 covers the ceremony, marriage license, and use of the garden for 10 guests, requires 6 days advance notice
$15 notary fee for the license
$15 per copy of the license payable to “Clerk Recorder”

Yes! But only, on Saturday afternoons in Santa Clara County, please call to check availability and additional cost.
Can I bring a photographer/videographer?
Absolutely!
Can my pet be in my wedding?
Sorry, no pets in the garden unless they are a service animal.
Is food allowed in the garden?
Sorry, no food is allowed in the garden.
Can children come to the wedding?
Absolutely!
Do I need witnesses?
No, but if you would like witnesses you can have as few as 2 and as many as 4.
Do I need to exchange rings?
Only if you would like to.
Do I need a blood test?
No, that is no longer required
Is a confidential marriage a real marriage?
Yes, the difference is only the two married parties have access to the marriage certificate and marriage information from the civil registry.
Do I need to get dressed up?
No you do not.
If I’m not a resident of California can I get married in California?
Yes, absolutely.
